Pleasant claims process!!

I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Sibusiso Ndlovu in the claims department at iWyze.. I made my first claim with his colleague and it was not authorized. I called in the next day only to have Sibusiso listen to my frustration and empathize with me on the car matter. He went as far as escalating my claim as I needed to have the courtesy car due to work commitments and got my claim authorized. A week later I crashed my car again and Sibusiso was only glad to be of assistance to me with my second claim. He went as far as advising me and assisting me to lower my excess as it was too high. Sibusiso has given me superior service, was patient with me even when I called in aggravated. He has raised the bar to service excellence, I hope his peers will strive to provide such great service and fulfill it to the end.. I am a happy iWyze client, my car is fixed and back home with me!!
