Play far from Iwyze car insurance, they always reject claims, with no reason!!!

I have dealt with bad customer service but this one is by far the most ******* and bad car insurance ever. I will continue warning my friends and family about this bogus company. We had been insured with Iwyze car insurance and got involved in an accident, we informed Iwyze and the claim was in process. We waited 2 months for the claim to be resolved and to our surprise, our claim had been rejected on the grounds where the version of the person who bumped into us said a different version than ours, should i remind you that the person who bumped into us had an expired car disk and no driver's license. Iwyze claims that he had a right of way. I'm still uttered even now which right of way did the other driver have if he was on the road ********ly. To cut the long story short, we then object to their decision towards our claim. I have not received any acknowledgement reciept what so ever, it's as if i had not objected at all. Worse part of all, when i call them, they do not have an objections department. I get passed from various departments and never get an answer.
