Pineapple through iWyze - Very BAD Service

Pineapple Insurance - Pathetic - they are affiliated with iWyze insurance -This is the first time i ever deal with Pineapple insurance, they are unknown to me, i am usually the type of person to stick to what i know which is OUTSURANCE. BUt now that i have gone against what i always believe, and have used Pineapple as an insurance for my mobile, i am utterly annoyed and disappointed in myself for not trusting my instincts. A friend referred them to me and i thought i can load only my cell phone and if they seem plausible load my other items that should be insured and cancel wit OUTSURANCE. BUT NO, never, i had to claim for my cracked screen, which i loaded on the pineapple app about two weeks or so back, recieved one sms stating that they are still busy with, with a contact number attached, i called and one agent directed me to a claims department who doesnt work on a weekend, but she transferred my call anyway?? (HOw NIce) then i called back again and a kind gentlemen called Force, told me, claims is closed over the weekend. I tried to update details on the APP and it gave me errors since yesterday since i realised i had ot update on the app, no notification that i had to do that, if i didn't go onto the APP i wouldn't have known. I really just want to cancel with Pineapple i they cant assist me either say - claim rejected or anything, after two week.s OUTSURANCE is immediate!!!!!! Hell No! never will i trust these "non-name" pop-up' inexperienced, brands again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH dont forget that they are quick to deduct your account and was soooooo quick to sign you up as a client.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate that about some companies!
