Pineapple - Old Mutual - Iwyze Absolutely horrible service.. Logged my claim with Pineapple, they said it will be sorted within a week... Got put through to Old Mutual, another week went by only to get told my claim is rejected because its a mechanical fault? How does rain getting into your car count as a mechanical fault? I am sitting without a car for over a month now and I am getting no assistance from them.
