Pineapple Insurance & iWyze Service Excellence!!!!

I would like to applaud the effective service I have received from Thabo Ungerer, a claims assessor at iWyze for a recent claim I have made. Since the date I submitted the claim until payout confirmation it took just 11 calendar days!! Pineapple insurance who covered my phone has really impressed me with the service an professional standard in which this claim has been handled and I will definitely be looking to keep my insurance with them.

I am a difficult person to truly impress, and this time I was really impressed.
