Phone Headaches

My fiance and I bought phones. S4 Minis and decided to put all of our household items and phones on his car insurance instead of splitting everything.<br> <br> My phone fell and the screen broke. We contacted iWyze and they took over a week just to pick the phone up from us. This was in August 2014. The phone took over 2 months to get back, with no regard whatsoever as to what I was meant to be using in the meantime. I had a horrible time.<br> <br> Over 2 months later, the phone arrived. I had a phone I had been using in the interim which I continued to use for about a month, and didn't touch the S4Mini until I'd bought a Body Glove cover and screen protector.<br> <br> In November, I switched the phone on.
