Payment of excess fee-Iwyze

I was involved in a car accident in December 2015, with the person who bumped to me agreeing to pay the excess fee and all the details were taken. When I followed this up with Iwyze, the claim was referred to the recoveries attorney and she told me the claim was then referred back to Iwyze again and I should not contact her again. I have a trail of emails with no response at all, for my refund.

The above statement I published in March last year till to date I have not been assisted, Iwyze is such a huge company I find it hard to believe that they cant compensate me instead the company keeps telling me about their challenges whereas when I took their insurance I needed all the solutions and peace of mind that is supposed to come with a car insurance.
