PAYING FOR NOTHING
Im highly disappointed with the service that i have recieved from vusi manane and yumna khan. I took out home content insurance with iWYZE in may 2015 to secure my goods just incase of a burglary, then the unexcpected took place, my house unfortunately got broken into on the 18.01.2016. i then made a case and notified iWYZE but according to them there are no signs of forced entry, Ive got 2 little kids that i have to protect so my first thing was to secure my door until we have money to replace it. I was in contact with vusi and could pick up that something was not right so i decided to ask for a manger which is yumna and she told me that i am not covered because there are no signs of forced entry. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? I would just like to advise everybody not to insure with them as they are a *******!!!
We are sorry to hear of the service that you have received during your claims experience and I can confirm that this was discussed with Vusi and Yumna from our Claims - Non Motor Dept. We also aware of how traumatising a break in can and the discomforts it accompanies.
We regard our claims review process as very serious and are often no easy task to concur on decisions. Your claim was rejected due to a policy condition that is a prerequisite in order for one to enjoy cover for Theft under the House Hold Valuables Section is that there are visible signs of forcible and violent entry or exit to or from the private residence or outbuilding for that matter. During the claim validation, this could not be confirmed.
We have drafted our formal response advising of above and indicated the next step should you not be happy with the outcome of our review.
