Payback/Pathetic Service

I did an online quote for a car Insurance through Iwyze website and you couldn’t beat my current car premiums.

This morning at 11:02 I received a call from *** Kgatatso Thabane Iwyze consultant who called to assist with the quote . He asked me few questions, such as who am I insured with, car model , my current premiums and excess immediately after providing the details he dropped the line in my ear surely because it was not going to be a successful sale for him and treated me like a time waster.

It Iwyze promise that if they dont beat your current premiums they will pay you.

I’m flabbergasted with the manner your consultants handle potential clients, after this experience I’m even thinking twice switching over to Old mutual because of people you hire who have no customer etiquette.
