Pay me back my money....

Iwyze can i kindly be paid back my money that was debited for two months while my car was a writte off.I have been calling the office's even e-mailed Naledi Moletsane all I get is we will refund you but still no refund.I want my refund I no longer have a policy with iwyze so why must I struggle to get what's mine back. Iwyze is not professional they don't care about clients and this should come to an end.. i want my money before this month end putting clients under stress is what iwyze does best.
