Pathetic, Useless & Dreadful

To say I have had a very bad experience with IWYZE is an understatement.

My claim was only processed 3 months after my accident. The staff at IWYZE were unorganised and dissatisfactory. If it wasn’t for me calling to follow up on my own claim, nothing would’ve been done. The person in charge of my claim (More Mohegi) felt like he was doing me a favour every time I would follow up. There were absolutely no correspondence or updates sent from the team as he never bothered to return my calls. It was my first time claiming and it has been a dreadful experience; I am unimpressed with this insurance. Your service is appalling.

I am still waiting to hear from your legal department 4 months after my claim and no feedback in sight.
