Pathetic unprofessional service!!!!

I called today ,wanted to submit a claim ,had to call x4 my call was transferred to a guy called Tianyano but call ended going on voice mail , when I call for the 5 th time I was told no one will help me except for Tianyano and later I was told that Tianyano left work early, so no one will assist me in the whole Iwyze Call Centre, I regret the day I joined this insurance as from tomorrow iam cancelling this policy , iam so disappointed 😞
