Pathetic service on claim logged 2 months ago

We have logged a claim due to items damaged as a result of power surge on 31 December 2020. To date there is no finality. they have sent 2 service providers who have requested the services of 2 subcontractors to come assess. none of the assessors come with any equipment to test. only pictures are taken and false accusations made based on their assumptions. No evidence is provided. This is absolutely ridiculous that a customer paying all premiums timeously gets treated like this. In a high risk area it is absolutely vital that all security systems are functional, however they have not given any consideration at all despite contacting them numerous times expressing our concern for our safety. We need finality ASAP.
