Pathetic service of Iwyze insurance.
I am still awaiting refunds from June 2025 due to me for multiple debits from Iweyze life insurance. Proof was sent multiple times to Iwyze by myself and agents and managers acknowledged that refunds were due to me however non was made to me till date. Iwyze insurance is pathetic they mis-sell policies and take moneys and are extremely quick to cancel your police to evade refund and the truth.

06 Oct 2025, 12:07I have been awaiting my refund from Iweyze life insurance for mnths. To add to this I am still awaiting a response from the Iweyze home insurance as well for the decline of a recent home claim due to my personal credit history exceeding a particular amount which was told to me on a recorded line. I am still waiting for someone to revert to me on that matter and to provide proof that this reason was in my policy document since it was said to me on a recorded line" your claim has been cancelled because your personal credit debt exceeds the amount..... If it was under this amount then we would have paid out the claim. This is the 1st time I have heard of such a thing. I'm stil waiting for proof that this was told to me when I took out this policy. Both life insurance and home content insurance cannot be this problematic. There is something seriously wrong!!!!!!!
