Pathetic service, no updates delayed response

Iv been a paying member for 3 years , i was in a accident on the 22nd April 2022 and firstly even putting in a claim was a mission i was on hold until i ran out of airtime. My car had to be towed by some one else due to your felayed response. The damage was minor but now iwyze is saying they want to write the car off, what for?????? My car was takrn out of the panel beaters without my knowledge ot consent by Iwyze and as i type i dont even know where my car is, sort this out, this service is beyond pathetic
