Pathetic service Iwyze

I have vehicle insurance with Iwyze. They adjusted my policy without my consent and increased my excess without informing me. It was only brought to my attention when I decto query their recent price increase which is ridiculous. They insure two vehicles of mine, both have depreciated in value but my insurance premiums keep rising at an exorbitant rate yearly. I contacted them asking for the policy to remain unchanged but the blatantly refused. Very arrogant service.
