Pathetic service from iwyze

The service is veey poor..they don't call their clients as if being jn accident is not enough this insurance is veey pathetic..they told me assessment report take 48 hours is been two weeks nothing. I have to buy airtime to call them everyday all they say is we are working on it ..nothing else I have heachea from this my accident was very minor but it it taking so long what a pathetic service I would not recommend this pathetic insurance to anyone
