Pathetic service from Iwyze

Hi all, I would just like to share with you all a really pathetic experience I have just experienced with iwyze.

I have had an agent call me on numerous occasions to take out car insurance with them whereas I was currently with Miway. I was enticed to take it as they had gave me a better quote on my monthly premium.

Couple months into this I experienced a theft that occurred whereas I needed to put a claim through only to find out they take more than 15 days to actually come to terms with your claim and acknowledge the severity of your claim.

They then go over and beyond this to look for Ways not to pay out that claim and they find the smallest thing as a wrong answer in the initial call with the agent trying to sell you that insurance. My claim had been declined however my monthly premiums was paid on time.

Basically they look for ways not to pay instead of paying like most insurances would normally do. They will only find information against you when u need to make a claim instead of trying to help you.

If you guys are looking for a good insurance I would suggest you guys look elsewhere but not at iwyze as you should encounter the same problem I just faced
