Pathetic service from Iwyze

I got a puncture on my back to Gauteng from Sedgefield in the Western Cape. The incident took place in N9 between Aberdeen and Graff-Reinet at 14h02 and I immediately made a call. I was only assisted around 17h45. I was stuck for more than three hours in the heat of 38 degrees for those hours. The consultant never made any follow-up until after 24 hours. Iwyze has a pathetic service. I regret been their customer for the past ten years. They dissappear when you mostly need them. 😭😭
