Pathetic service

I called them before my policy started to tell them to change my start date to the following month as my current insurer has also debited. They said if the premium deducts then I should call for a refund .I called on the 29th of May .they said the refund has been processed and will be paid on Friday 2 June. I called again they then said it should be in on Monday 5 June . Today when I called they said it would be in by next week Monday latest (12 june) I am so frustrated because no one can give me a proper answer! My medical aid bounced because Iwyze took the money and now when it's time to refund , they can't help me!! Can someone give me a proper answer as to when I can expect my refund
