Pathetic Service

Your service is terrible .I was made to hold on the line forever ...as always! Can I please have my money back I cancelled your insurance with immediate effect because of this service but you went and collected money from my account .I was informed your will wait for the money to clear before you can refund that was on the 3rd October ,today is the 14th !
