Pathetic service

On the 5th of May I took out immediate cover with OLD MUTUAL INSURE insuring my policy was active immediately, i was advised I have one week to take the vehicle for inspection at Auto ***s unfortunately on the 8th of May I was involved in a motor vehicle accident hit from behind standing still at a red robot your first instinct is to phone your insurance which I did, I spoke to Gugu whom advised me my policy was active immediately and that I had 15days grace to take my vehicle for inspection, therefore I have the right to claim even though the vehicle did not go for inspection. On the 23rd of May Tazmien from OLD MUTUAL INSURE advised me my claim was rejected as the vehicle did not go for inspectioni feel this is rather unfair as i had the accident 3 days later. I am disgusted in the poor service I am receiving, and the run around phoning them constantly to follow up,and no concoltant can give you a straight answer. Im driving with a vehicle without a back window we've had rainy weather, and It being high risk due to no window. Anthony Shaw
