Pathetic service

The service at iwyze is pathetic, and even if you lay a complaint,nobody cares because they are not even improving but getting worse. Since I registered a claim on the 30/03/22, even today, they are still playing hide and seek. Whenever you try to address the issues with the consultants, they get so defensive. Lack of communication is a huge problem. I won’t even recommend it to anyone.
