Pathetic Service accompanied by an even more horrific attitude from an IWyze Consultant

<p>I logged a claim against my IWyze Tyre and Rim policy on Monday 10H30 and the particular consultant Portia told me the entire process would take 24 to 48 hours. I followed up after 48 hours as to how far the process was, and she had no knowledge and promised to follow up and revert back to me. 4 hours later without any kind of feedback, i followed up with her and she still had no knowledge and promised to make a call and revert again, I asked if she was sure to call me and feedback she said " Yes i will call you" which never happenned. 2 hours later i called and she said that she has not heard anything back yet but she promised to make a call and follow up with the relevant department. Few minutes later she called to tell me that she received an email indicating that i have to send through an inspection certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now highly irritable i asked her "why am i only getting this request know when the claim was suposed to be approved or declined and she told me that i am not the only customer she is dealing with. But she was the one who claimed 24 to 48 hours. I hung up only for her to call and shout at how rude i was.</p> <p>I find it rather annoying that she would expect me to understand her circumstances when i am the one who is in dire straits need of transportation and her being the one who quoted 24to 48 hours and never gave any kind of feedback as she had promised over and over. </p>
