pathetic service

I have never had such an appalling level of service, i have had a policy with i-wyze for almost 2 years now. i increased benefits and premium increased, i have called multiple time to get the updated schedule but with no luck. i just tried calling them to update my details due to recent changes and had to spend 40 minutes on the phone with no individual who can assist me nor " have access to my policy"
