Pathetic Service

What was going to be a pleasant get away was quickly interrupted a pathetic service received from Iwyze roadside assistance and their heartless Manager on duty. On the 17th of Dec 2019 I had a blow out 60kms away from Potchefstroom on R53. I was driving from Durban to Potchefstroom and I was really looking forward to short stay in Potchefstroom when I met with trye blow out...because I'm insured I had no worries cause I thought all will be handled smoothly. Unfortunately for me my car doesn't come with a spare wheel and that was one of the main reasons I needed to be insured. I was not the first time using the roadside services twice they have towed my car to destination of my choice regardless of where the nearest dealer was. On this occasion they decided to tow my car to Vereeniging which was 90 or so kms from my destination despite my plea to have the car towed to where I was going. I was met with a manager with bad attitude not willing to listen to what I had to say. My safety was not a priority even though I had mentioned to them that I didn't feel safe as I was not side of the road and it was fast getting dark. After a long 23min call using my airtime the manager told me that he will not honor my request. My frustration is that I pay this premium monthly and I'm always up to date with my premiums. If it doesn't assist me or my family in any way why should I keep paying for it? Iwyze, your stuff is either not well trained to deal with distressed clients or they are just plain ***********. I will definitely be looking for an insurer who put my safety first. Oh and a bonus....it took me exactly 30min to get through to you.
