Pathetic service
Useless bunch with no regard for customer service. I was contacted about a month ago to do an insurance quote for vehicle comprehensive cover and at the end of the call the premium and excess quoted far excedeed what im currently paying. The consultant did not even make mention of their R505 promotion and immediately cut the call when i declined the quote. I sent through a complaint, but has not even received a single reply since!!!
