Pathetic Iwyze

You towed my car on the 2nd of August till today I have no clue of where is my car . Please tell me where car I need it. I always get the tracking device notification that my car being driven from time to time daily so they are using my car for free, not sure about the conditions of my car please assist

They towed my car from Mooi River to Ladysmith, my insurance has a car hire in it but they did not provide any.

I asked them they said I need to claim first, I asked them to log a claim immediately but instead they took from pillar to post, I ran out of airtime, my cellphones ran out of battery.

I had to ask lifts from strangers from Mooi River to Harrismith. I contacted them but I failed still and have to ask for lifts again from Harrismith to Ladybrand. I contacted them again for the third consecutive day that was when they lodge my claim but still couldn't offer me a car hire as per their promise. I waited for another ten days while they kept on saying they are busy with my claim. I contacted them again that was when they offer me car hire which was no use for me as I was already using my friend car,

Is already more than 2 weeks and yet not know where my car is how much is the damage and how much must I pay to get my car as I need it.

I am paying a higher premium which they said my license is still new and there's no excess but now at the claim stage they say I have an excess of new license. But I am ****ed off with their service I just need them to tell me where my car is so I can take it for repairs and cancel that **** insurance of them.
