Pathetic is too nice a word

Me again - finally received policy documents yesterday to review more than a month after signing up. First debit order gone and still they have not allocated my hiv test - got another reminder this morning. So it’s 13 emails, 2 phone calls (3rd to come today) and 3 online reviews in the hopes that somebody there can sort this out. I doubt it though - let’s see how long it takes them then to let me exercise my cooling off right and to refund my premium paid last month - if their admin to get money is this shocking, imagine when they have to pay out a claim.
