Pathetic insurance

I met with an accident December 2022. To date my car is not sorted out. They are affiliated with an *********** repairer Techno Star in Durban. Their staff don’t know what the hell they are doing causing more damage to my car. Iwyze consultant was rude and arrogant, don’t care attitude because its not their car. They just send emails to assessor and repairer that’s their only job and to await a reply from them. I was given the number for the assessor to contact to find out why there are delays. I contacted assessor and repairer to find out the progress on my car. There is no updates or follow through. And when Iwyze did get back to me it was old news because I already got information from the repairer myself. I feel abused by Iwyze they don’t care about my safety. They take the easiest way out and repair damaged parts and put back on your car, Instead of ensuring the safety of the car. After my car was repaired twice Techno star I did not get any call from Iwyze to explain their *********** work or to give me a way forward. No reassurance at all. I’m sick and tired of being sidelined. No one wants to take accountability. My car is in a worse off state than it was. I’m made to believe that Iwyze and Techno Star are involved in ********* and ********** services.
