Pathetic Insurance

I was involved in a car accident with my polo vivo 2018 model, silver in colour on the 1 of September 2019.I collided with a donkey. I claimed on my insurance which was Iwyse insurance. They rejected my claim because they said I was driving 94km on the 60 zone. Yes I agree with me, but it was early hours and I was alone in my car.I was scared.... I wanted to see myself at home on that day.And the was no board on that road that says the is wild animals around. My car was written off by them, and the airbag were not out and they refused to fix it. My car is still at home and not yet fixed. Pathetic insurance. I will never recommend it to anyone.
