Pathetic empty promises.

Submitted a call back request on their website. Call center agents are quick to call you back, and that’s where it ends. No follow up with the requested information at all. Second call back submitted a week later, second agent, same story. Full of empty promises. If you can’t follow up with a simple email, you obviously DON’T need me as a customer. A one star is still too deserving for you, it’s a pity I am not able to give you zero star rating.
