Pathetic Customer Service!!! Undue Delay in Claim Payout!

My vehicle is insured with Iwyze. On 1 February I was involved in a car accident and the vehicle was towed to renew it Sandton. The vehicle details are Polo Tsi registration number DN 20 HT GP. The said vehicle was not worked on for the duration on February as it was not in a condition to be driven. At the end of February, I was charged the full premium of the vehicle. I am disputing this as a premium is calculated based on risk. Surely the condition of the car and where is was situated during February cannot be the same as when it is at my address. The fact that the vehicle was at Renew it means that the premium for the month in question should have been a pro rata taking all the necessary factors at the time. I called the call centre to query this and was informed that is was policy yet the call centre agent was unable to direct me to a provision in the policy document indicating that I had agreed to this unjust clause. I would like this to be rectified and the policy amount to be recalculated accordingly and to be provided with a refund.

Furthermore, the other vehicle I have insured with Iwyze was ****** on March 2 2018. The assessor is Peter Walkerho falls very short of competent. After providing him with the details which he claimed were the only necessary details to complete the claim, he comes back requesting more details relating to what type of model the car was. I provided all the papers relating to the vehicle, the vehicle was also inspected by glassfit. Surely I should not be prejudiced to investigate my own matter. The policy document indicated that the vehicle description is Peugeot 307 2.0 CC yet he insists I provide proof that it is a CC. It is my submission that this is a delaying tactic which is prejudicing me and wasting my time. I have had great trouble working with Peter Walker. I communicated my challenge in obtaining a case number as the station refused to provide it over the phone. I also communicated the fear of driving to the police station in Kliptown as it regarded as high risk area. His response to this was that I am the one who is delaying the process and he will close my claim if the case number is not provided by close of business. It is only after I communicated my utter disappointed with the service provided that he offered to take me to Kliptown, which he did not end up dping. He should have suggested and offered to do so as soon as I communicated my fear of going there alone. Yet he opted to place the blame on me and allege that I am delaying the claim. On 10 April 2017 he indicated on email that my claim would be finalised by Friday, 13 April or latest by Tuesday, 17 April. Now he is requesting further information?????? Surely this is not the service that Iwyze prides itself by. Surely this is not the standard that is the benchmark of your values as an insurer. Please intervene and finalise my claim asap.
