Pathetic customer service!!!

It's now been over two weeks now and still no feedback regarding claim! Been a customer for 9 years and haven't made a claim in those 9 years but the one time I claim pathetic customer service is received!!!! One needs to continuously follow up as no one has the decency to keep you up to date regarding the claim. This is beyond frustrating!
