pathetic claim settlement. only 25%? are you kidding me?

<p>lost my ray ban sunglasses worth R2 400.</p> <p>I was hopping i would be able to claim it under my all risk insurance which is currently R3500.</p> <p>Logged a claim with Vusi Manane one of their consultants who advised me that i MIGHT be able to claim the lost under this package.</p> <p>Claim was subsequently rellocated to another consultant Siphephelo Ndaba. Who asked me to send him proof of ownership, a photo or something and a police statements.</p> <p>I dont mind the admin, i mean its procedure, to my suprise after all was done, i was informed that i will only be settled 25% of the insured value less the excess.</p> <p>look i have nothing against the consultants, they were quite friendly. i am just totally annoyed that i claim for R2400 of R3500 only to get R625, are you serious right now.</p> <p>This was just a final stamp that perhaps i need to pull my profile out of iWyze, there is no use of having all risk when you can practically never claim to its maximum.</p> <p>This is by far one of your many hidden clause that is so down right cruckery. </p> <p>let me take my business else where, or else ill sleep outside one day when i need to claim on my building or car.</p> <p> </p>
