Pathetic call reception service

Extremely pathetic. I don't understand why I should take forever to get connected to any of your agents, I have been calling since 08/01/2024 to log a claim but I have been struggling to get through. Insurance companies are emergency entities and their reception should be as such, I can't struggle for so many days to log a claim, this is already an indication that Iwyze is not reliable at all. Your contact number *** is just useless, is there a useful one that I can call urgently?
