Panel Beater working on the car for almost two years.

I'm writing this for everyone who has been disappointed by Iwyze. My uncle is currently insured with iWyze insurance. He, unfortunately had an accident in April 2019, the car was taken to Northen Natal Bodyworks in Vryheid. The claim was approved by iWyze and reference number *** issued. Repairs started on the car around June 2019 and fast forward to date, 18 months later, the car is still not fixed. I have called iWyze on his behalf more than 50 times in the past 18 months and no body has been able to assist. I clearly understand iWyze does not keep clients cars, but I strongly believe it is their responsibility to appoint approved Panel Beaters to work with them. This is not only disappointing, but also shows that , we as client, can not trust iWyze, if they can not even manage their contracted Panel Beaters how can they provide a service to us as clients?
