paid towing truck ,caretyse car and storage and rejects the claim on the basis of tracker records speed

On 11 September 2022 am involved in an accident whereby Iwyze declare my car write off. On 22 September 2022 i have requested caretyze car which they provided me. On 22 Senior Validator took my spare key and car certificate of the car .On 15 November 2022 i have received rejection letter on the basis of speed. Which they re**** on tracker report. Alleging i was driving 119 km on 60 zone. On tracker report it shows 119 km,37 km and 19 km when the car stop at the time of the accident. On 15 November also I got bank details from Action Nation that i must pay R 16 100.04 for caretesy car,towing truck and storage which paid to avoid my car to be sold by storage. I am very dissapointed that Iwyze two months to without updating me with status of claim.I was only on who following up almost everyday in order to know about the status of claim .I received my car yesterday without battery, spare key and car certificate.I am very dissapointed about service of IWYZE insurance. They took two months to vaidate the claim.I was convinced that the claim will be approved .By taking my car to auction ,taking spare key and car certificate and also allowing me with caretesy car. subsequently the said the claim rejected .IWYZE failed to update me with progress of the claim and took my car to auction.
