OVERDUE CLAIM
i since claimed for a TV in December 2020 to this day i have not received my TV but my premiums are debited every month, when i call them they tell me that authorisation was sent to new world the supplier but when i call new world i am told they are still waiting for authorisation, to this day i have wasted hundred of rands on airtime following up on this claim. i am tired and all i want is the TV i claimed for.
