Over 1 month claim process

Today marks 1 month and 4 days when I first submitted my claim. I have submitted all documents needed. I am very dissatisfied with the slow claim process at iWyze., which I first logged on 21 August 2025. It took more than a week for them to come back to me when I first submitted all the initial documents. I had to complain here on hellopeter for them to respond. When the assessor came he was swift but when he handed over the claim back to office administrator it was slow again with no response. Looks like their office admins are slow in nature and offer you no feedback. I am yet to receive any form of communication since the assessor told me he is done on his side.
