Outstanding service

I would like to take a moment to commend my car insurance, Iwyze for their speedy resolution of my claim. I was unfortunate to be in an accident on the 17th December(no fault of my own),I called my insurer and they handled the towing of my vehicle with no hassles. I lodged my claim online and my claim was assigned to and handled by Mpho Soko.

What a guy, this gentleman made sure that I understood the claims process and called me almost on a daily to update me on the process of my claim. I literally did not have to lift a finger and on the 30th December he called me to say my claim has been approved and work to repair my car will resume immediately...What jubilation!! There I was thinking everybody is on leave and my claim will only be resolved in January if I'm lucky, thanks to Mpho Soko for going the extra mile, your effort and outstanding service did not go unnoticed!!
