Out of this world customer service!

I called Iwyze today to cancel my Life insurance policy and as usual I had to call in three times because I have to speak to agents who sound uninterested and tired. I hung up and called back again only to speak to a Superstar whose name is PATRICK MPHAKAMA. Firstly, he sounds very interested and engaging, actively listening to my request and efficiently attended to my request! If I had dealt with people like him from the day I took my Life Insurance, I would’ve NOT cancelled policy. My request is to retain and mostly grow people like him as they are an assets to the company. Thank you for the exceptional service Patrick. You Rock!! :)
