On the 14 August 2023 I sent an email telling them that I'm canceling my car policy and the month of September will be my last month. On the 15th August a premium was debited as usual and nothing was wrong with that as I was giving them a one month notice but to my surprise the same day they had deducted my money the car was removed from the policy. No explanation when I queried this no answer. It was todaythat I received a response to say I had requested it be removed but on email its clearly stated that month of September is my last month.
