OM Insure

My initial dealings with Old Mutual Insurance was marred by an ************ agent who was not transparent and was just chasing the "December sales". There was no transparency, the number I was given to call was not being answered and emails not being responded to but they never missed on deducting "their premiums".

A saving grace came in February 2024 when I dealt with Nashnique Nicholson, what a breath of fresh air! She handled my case with grace and care. She also did follow ups and delivered on her promise. This is the Old Mutual I know, in all my dealings I had with this brand.

I want to give kudos to her and say she must continue giving top notch service, she will go far. I hope Old Mutual recognises her efforts, she is the reason you are getting a 4-star rating instead of a 1-star rating.
