The ultimate worse vehicle insurance, first it is extremely difficult to get help when you are at the scene of the accident. The service agents keep bouncing you around for about 30min. You will have to investigate yourself to get your claim approved after 3 days of daily pestering. Once you got your claim approved, they will delay 15 days to send authorization to the panel beaters, ( this too requires daily calls and emails). To top it all off, they will choose the worst panel beater which will also take months just to replace a mirror and paint a scratch. They will never follow-up with the panel beater, this too is in your own hands.

Before it all, IWYZE employees attempted to ***** my vehicle by writing it off with a mirror damage costing R9000 to replace.

At the end of it all, you will fix your vehicle at your own cost. May try complaining through their complaint department with poor service, they will drop the call and never return emails. Their website refuses to accept complaints.

Wow, with the hired vehicle, you will return it to AVIS every Friday and fetch it again the same Friday just so that you choose to give it up as they really cant just comply with their own contract terms.
