Old Mutual Silently Refuses to Respond about a Mistake they made on Policy Schedule

There were incorrect details stated on my policy by the insurance itself. I have been emailing Old Mutual about the correction since 1 Nov 2022 (last year!) more than 6 months now! and there has never been a response. Please beware of Old Mutual noting incorrect information on your policy and silently refusing to correct their mistake. Is this a **** to refuse to pay out when I need help?
