I have been dealing with one of the most *********** people in this whole world. I requested that a car warranty be added to my service plan that I took out with them five months ago. It has been a roller coaster ride from hell since then. With no one taking responsibility for this action. After numerous attempts today I spoke to Nicole Cupitor who told me that she doesn’t appreciate me putting her name on this report because she was not involved in the first place. Talking about a whole professional company here. Anyway I had to hold for more than five minutes for her manager Santie Stevens, who confirm having received the request months ago but still said to this blond Nicole that she's still trying to get a hold of freeway marketing whom I spoke to when I signed up. A whole lot of bull**** if you ask me. How many people does it take to resolve what now looks like a mission impossible? I really regret having to deal with such amateurs, whose front-line staff are only good at passing the buck. Just now someone who thinks they are more clever than me will give a call and try and blamed the poor consultant for their own stupidity.
