Old Mutual Iwyze worst insurance ever!
They refused to pay my Volkswagen Tiguan. They blamed negligence car not taken good care of, resulting to car catching fire. When I proved car was serviced regularly by Tavcor Volkswagen. They blamed poor workmanship on car. Run away if you with them or thinking of them. #Iwyze #OldMutual

02 Aug 2025, 13:43My family is still in trauma due to your bogus fire investigation and experience with you. Your forensic investigators say my car was leaking oil and smoking for very long time. When did they they see my car smoking? Did they visit where my car was parked at home and at work to see if it was leaking oil? You guys need to leave car insurance industry and stay with funeral and life insurance.
