Old Mutual Iwyze useless

I wyze influenced me to join them and leave my previous insure, unfortunately for me within the first month I was involved in an accident. They said I must send pictures and I did an assessment based on those and told me the quote is less than my access as I had what they called additional access. I asked for the recording stating the additional access and was told that is how it is.

As the assessors quote was below my so called access I asked to use the same panelbeater. Upon arival the panel beater I wa told it is impossible for that damage to be at that price it will be higher.

It has been months to no end where I have calling Iwyze who now referred me to their assessor to sort this out myself.

I am deeply disappointed with their level of service and all their agents have a no care attitude of making promises thy do not come back to.
