Old mutual iwyze selling us dreams and they have the worse service

I am very disappointed by the service that I am getting from old mutual iwyze.It has been almost a month since I submitted my claim and there is no communication from them, they don't update me.I have to do the follow ups myself and still get told nothing. It doesn't only end there, they also sell us dreams. In January I wanted to change to an insurance company that would cover my partner without any additional access. I told them all that, they told me I didn't have to add him as a driver because he will be covered with no additional access.
